A+ Search has developed a proprietary knowledge database recruiting engine that allows us to deliver the best candidates in the industry. Our database methodology was developed to immediately take advantage of sources such as user groups, associations, passive candidates and the top candidate databases. Scalability is built into the process so we can always meet and adjust to our clients’ immediate workload requirements. Our goal is to provide a hiring manager with two pre-screened qualified candidates within 48 hours.

Unlike the typical brick and mortar companies that were started before the Internet, A+ Search is built on technologies such as host-based systems, video conferencing, messaging, VOIP, Microsoft Exchange and dash-boarding to allow us to have representation anywhere in the world. One of our large clients asked us to staff for positions in a remote location. Within a few weeks our Account Manager was working with the hiring managers and delivering top-notch candidates. We are truly one large global staffing office.
